When you sign your team up, make sure you have your players join the open roster, and then get them onto the SEASON roster. Teams that fail to do this will be unable to play their matches. Also, if there are issues adding your players to the roster, have them check to see if they have filled out their Steam ID in their player profile. You can do this by going to your player profile at the bottom of each page, then click on Manage GUIDs. After that, click Add. At this point you can add your Steam ID to TF2.
