The league has been canceled due to not enough teams registered. We'd like to thank the teams that did get registered, unfortunately we're unable to get competition started for you guys. My apologies.

While some of the problem may be getting the word out to interested teams... some of the problem is that we're making our GWL AC Launcher mandatory for all Combat Arms matches. The introduction of our AC launcher into the Combat Arms game was a response to our players complaining of the lag when frapsing the match which previously was also mandatory. With the introduction of the launcher we were able to ease the video requirement.. but now players are concerned that our AC launcher will trigger a false positive to Nexon AC methods.

I'd like to re-assure players that we don't believe we're in violation of the Nexon ToS with this AC launcher. We don't tie into the game... we're not monitoring the game... and we don't believe we're doing anything that would trigger any kind of false positive on Nexon's end.

To solve this issue and to put our player's minds at ease, we're in the process of contacting Nexon regarding the issue.

While we still encourage players to use the AC launcher for their matches, we'll be easing the rule making it mandatory. Combat Arms players that do not want to run the AC launcher for their match will have the option of running fraps (or some other video recording program) instead. Players that run our AC launcher will not have to video record.

In order to maintain the integrity of our matches and to ease fears of running the launcher, we've introduced this video opt out rule... but players will be required to do one or the other. Those that choose to video record will need to provide a link where their video can be viewed. More to follow regarding this rule... and a new tournament announcement in the coming days... Stay Tuned.
